Mark Clark and Erin Bienert both worked for a company that only sold on-premises phone systems. Phones were moving to VoIP and offices needed IT services, but the owner didn't want to move into either.
Times were changing, and the old firm wasn't. So in 2014 they left and started DFW TeleTech in Fort Worth. Mark calls it a good split, not an ugly one. They brought their phone experience with them and built a team that looks after everything technical in a business.

DFW TeleTech opened in Fort Worth doing both things the old firm wouldn't: business phone systems over VoIP, set up around how an office answers calls, and IT for the offices using them.
Since then
It all starts with managed IT: 24/7 support, an in‑house help desk, maintenance, updates and antivirus, and a network kept right. Networking and Wi‑Fi, structured cabling and fiber, business phones, A/V, cameras and access control come from the same people.

Mark is the owner. Erin, our IT Director, runs the technology and the help desk. They founded DFW TeleTech together in 2014.
Owner
Mark spent 32 years in the car business before DFW TeleTech. He started in the wash rack at 12 and worked his way through service, sales, finance and management to general manager. He met the owner of a phone company while financing that owner's vehicles.
He's also the one who compares most IT offerings to a dealership service menu: off-the-shelf tiers you can't pick apart.
IT Director
Erin was already working in IT when the phone company needed someone for the IT side of a job, and that's how she met Mark. She founded DFW TeleTech with him in 2014, and she leads the technical side of every job.
Today Erin runs the help desk personally and takes real pride in those client relationships. When your team calls, they're talking to people who know your office.
