What a network plan covers
We mark up your floor plan before any walls go up or cables go in. Four things decide whether a new office works on day one.
- Rack
- Network drop
- Access point
- Cable run
A proper home for the network, with room to grow, planned before the walls go up.
Network points at every desk, printer and phone, counted from the plan rather than guessed on the day.
Marked on the plan before the build‑out, so Wi‑Fi reaches the whole office from day one.
Every run routed on paper first, so the cabling goes in while the space is still open.
Click or tap a line to see it on the plan.
When to plan your office network
The earlier we see the space, the more the plan can shape it. Changes on paper are easy; changes after the walls close are not.

What is network and build‑out consulting?
Planning your network before a build‑out or an office move: where the rack goes, how many network drops each desk needs and where the access points sit. It works best before you sign the lease or before the build‑out starts.
When should we call you about a new office?
Before you sign the lease if you can, and at the latest before the build‑out starts, so the rack, the drops and the access points are in the plan your contractor works from.
Do you install the network as well as plan it?
Yes. The same team runs the structured cabling, installs the Wi‑Fi access points and sets up the network, then supports it 24/7 as part of managed IT.
Can you help if we are adding workstations rather than moving?
Yes. Office moves and extra workstations are part of our structured cabling work, and we plan them the same way: from the floor plan, back to the rack.
What about the electrician and other trades?
We look after the building's technology, and when you need an electrician or another trade, we know who to call.
Network brands we plan around
We look after the equipment you already have, and these are the brands we typically install when it's time to add or upgrade.
