What's included in managed IT
Everything that keeps a growing business working, looked after by one team that knows your setup, with support 24/7.
24/7 support and help desk
Support runs 24/7, and one number for the whole business is answered by our own in‑house help desk, never outsourced. Erin Bienert, our IT Director, runs the help desk herself.
Maintenance, updates and antivirus
Updates, patches and antivirus handled in the background, so your team gets on with their work instead of waiting on a restart.
A correctly configured network
Your network configured correctly from the start, then checked and kept that way, not left to drift until something breaks.
Hardware procurement
New computers and equipment sourced for you when you need them, chosen to fit the network we already look after.
IT maintenance agreements
A maintenance agreement that sets out what we look after for your business, and how quickly we respond.
Compliance for your industry
Set up around the rules your business works under, whether you're a law firm, a medical office, an accounting firm or a contractor.
Network and build‑out consulting
Planning the network with you before a build‑out or a move, so the new space works on day one.

No rip‑and‑replace onboarding
Plenty of IT providers want new computers, switches, a firewall and a server before they'll take you on. We start with what you already have, document it properly, address anything that needs immediate attention, and recommend upgrades over time only when they make sense for your business.
New equipment is never the price of getting started. It's why clients trust our recommendations.

How onboarding works
Your bespoke package comes from a conversation and a look at your network closet. Once you sign, this is how we take over.
We get full visibility
Once you sign, we can see every device on your network, so nothing is left to guesswork.
We triage what we find
Anything that needs immediate attention is dealt with first, so nothing puts your business at risk.
We agree on a game plan
Any upgrades are planned with you and spread over time, never forced on day one.
Your team gets the help desk number
One number for the whole business, answered 24/7 by our in‑house help desk.
Build a bespoke IT package
Most IT companies sell off‑the‑shelf tiers you can't pick apart, like the service menu at a car dealership. We meet you, then build a bespoke package around what your business actually needs. Try it here.
